A friend of mine and I were talking to someone who grows weed, and he told us that he grows other veg in the same place so if he gets raided the police can not take his equipment, is this true?
yes, undoubtedly, and if you wear gloves as well they won't be able to arrest you because there will be no fingerprints, plus if you say it isn't yours but a bloke who gave you £50 to look after it but you don't know his nae cos you just met dow the pub, well they'll just shrug and drive off.
'Now sir, can you explain for the tape why you are growing lettuces at great expense in your roofspace?'
Actually he only grows 4-5 plants for pain relief (personal use) so no he won't go to prison for even a day, and rightly so as weed has never killed anyone and you can legally buy more harmful drugs.
Vinrex, everything has killed someone at one point or another.
But I'll believe you if you can give me the evidence.
In the meantime, I'll carry on believing that dealing with criminals to obtain drugs harms families and society as a whole; that driving under the influence of cannabis is as lethal as driving under the influence of alcohol; and that ingesting quantities of unregulated drugs is probably an idea that will end in tears.
when i was in NHS employment, there was a "rumour" that I never attempted to substantiate because if I had known, I would have had to take action, that there was a supply ring among the MS community for cannabis. all staff were warned NEVER to accept a taste of brownies or fudge offered by certain folk.
Yet strangely when my husband worked in Essex there were fields of cannabis plants being grown for goverment research. This is factual-i'll try to find a link. They were securely guarded but he saw them as his work required access.
Im not condoning nor condemning the use of it -just pondering why this research was being done.
Witty remarks re Politicians welcome......
Dris there is currently a licensed cannabis nasal spray for relief of the symptoms of MS...the research has been going on for years at secret closely guarded locations
Woofgang -glad things have advanced -my young cousin died just a few years back at 27 from an aggressive form of MS and the only thing which alleviated the symptoms was dope -a huge blind eye was turned -my Nannie bless used to ask if Stevie had enough dope to do him.Not that she was dealing but she would slip him a tenner -she just thought it was medicinal:)
Dris you'll laugh, IIRC the point of the distillation process and the nasal spray is at least in part to give the muscle relaxant effect without the pleasurable high!
