I was recently stopped on the road doing 80mph in a 30 zone. I have no insurance, tax or M.O.T. I passed my test 6 moths ago and bought a cheap car but could not afford to buy any of these things.

I dont believe you need insurance of M.O.T as long as you drive carefully. I am due in court next week can anyoe please tell me what punishment I can expect to get I;m a little worried I might lose my licence?

I see no mention of not wearing seatbelts, they only restrict you when it comes to tuning in the radio or reaching for the mobile 'phone.
as a new driver if you get more than six points on your licence within 2 years of passing your test you have your lience taken off you. You will then have to retake your driving test and theory.
But I cannot beleive that you were so silly to be A) driving WITHOUT insurance B) What the hell were you thinking you could have killed someone at that speed thats why there are speed limits. So really you deserve to lose your lience and trying to make people feel sorry for you with what else you have wriiten is so so so not going to work YOU BROKE THE LAW and SHOULD NOT be DRIVING. SO GET USED TO WALKING SIMPLE AS.

yes I know I broke the law and realise now maybe it was a bit silly. but I really dont think I'll get in that much trouble.

and like I said it does not matter if I get banned I'll still be on the road driving!!
You have a few years to go before you drive. You may be 12 but you look 8.
Question Author
I'm 18 actually and dont care what anyone thinks I may get banned and lose my licence but dont really care.

well if you're about on Tuesday at about 11 am come to Guildford court and you can see me get off scott free if I pretend I'm really sorry
Hey Springbulb, what ya gonna do if one day, somewhere, somehow a member of your own family gets killed on the road by somebody who feels exactly the same way as you..?

Will you say 'fair enough'?

I sincerely hope you get what you deserve in life.
I still think you are a lying child, but if not - this will be you:

I dont think so. I will not go to prison and might not even get a ban. and if one of my family got killed I would probably drive carefully after that.

I think the general tax payer should pay for my insurance and M.O.T anyway! I dont work
If one of yir family gets killed it's one less to ferry around like a taxi.
What a miserable and depressing existence.... I wouldn't swop our lives for the world.

I just got promoted again at work, have a brand new Golf GT to drive, a tidy salary, and a luvly new rolex from the boss if I make my target by the end of the year..... I pay my taxes, and have the satisfaction of knowing that I can't be 'caught' by anything or anybody - cos I do it right.

And I was 17 and pregnant, living in a homeless shelter for 18 months at the start of my adult life, so I did it all myself.

Now THATS a buzz. Ppl like you will always exist, and are missing out on so much in life.
That is the only truthful thing you have said so far. You will not go to prison or get a ban because you have never driven a car in your life.
i witnessed a small child being knocked down today by u
he died
i mean, he looked like u!! a real t%at,
Are there good parking facilities for you at the court?
Question Author
ok everyone we'll see what happens.

and Josyjo, all that stuff about yourself. I think its pathetic listing things you wish you had
You could "borrow" a Golf GT and a Rolex, why go to the bother of working and paying for them eh springbulb?
Question Author
you're right, can I borrow yours?
Of course you can nae bother, I'll fill the tank up and you can collect it for a test drive, at least that way you can get used to how to break in, hot wire it and save a wee bit time when you "borrow" the next one.
Life just isn't fair sometimes. You seem like such a nice lad, don't worry though the courts have been dealing with tricky situations like yours for years. The judge will readily listen to your plight.

Make sure to mention that you will deffinitely be getting an MOT next time, be sure to mention your idea regarding the insurance and don't forget to mention that if he takes your license away you may need to carry on driving just to practice your high speed driving techniques so that you don't get caught by the 'pigs' , that's the term they use for the police in court. As an extra piece of free legal advice Judges are usually called by their latin name bardus gallo and in the dock they usually have a spitoon in the left corner, if it's not there just use the floor, they don't mind. Be sure to let him know it's just the one offence by putting your finger up when you arrive.

Good Luck
