a car with an out of date tax disc was abandoned across the street, because the local council Barking & Dagenham are repaving they have got their removal vehicle and instead of removing the offending vehicle they have just moved it to outside my house. making it impossible for me and my neighbour to park. Normally we have a disabled bay display but because of the resurfacing it has gone and wont be replaced until all the work has been completed which looks like months away.
I have informed them but of course no reply to my letter or e-mail.
what can I do next ? and if its the DVLA is there an e-mail address for them ptherwise I have to make a lengthy 0870 call.
advice/help appreciated.

many tks Dee
If the tax is over a complete month out of date, contact your local police on the non-emergency number and they should be able to lift it.
Give the gestapo, sorry, council 24hrs to move offending vehicle and hire your own removers (scrap yards will do it) & send council hefty bill with threats of Court action & inform local paper of complaints.
