Now Tv App

Not sure whether to post this in TV or in "Tech", so apologies if it is in the wrong section. We recently started a subscription to Now TV, and are able to watch it on our smart TV (Samsung), Ipad and tablet. All of a sudden, though, the app on the Smart TV has stopped working - and we can't seem to fix it. We're reluctant to take the TV back to its factory settings, for fear of messing it all up completely, and just wondered if anyone has got any suggestions/advice as to how we can fix the problem. No problems watching Now TV stuff on our ipad and tablet, it has just stopped working on the smart TV. Any thoughts folks?

Try uninstalling the app and then reunstall it

thanks folks. Mr. Chox has tried to uninstall the app and then re-install it but no joy. Will google the problem and see what I get. Appreciate your help, cheers, Chox.

Chockie, if you can't get the app back on your TV you will probably be able to cast from your android tablet to your TV.
