sunk and teacake have both posted unsupported scaremongering unbeleivably low figures on here )sunk says 5000 a day, a think teacake said 20000 a week) which bear no relation to the much higher official PHE etc figures. And as danny says and Hamcock said the figures will speed up as there doing the more logisitically difficult ones first to get them to the most vunerable ones. Once we get onto say the under 70s without underlying health issues it can be done like a production line in special centres like we now have for mass testing

Yes what you did say was on Thursday "only 20000 since Monday". Thats still in line with sunks 5000 a day figure which is either made up or cherrypicked to show the lowest day, as the real figures are loads higher.

My daughter made a "garden visit" to see us on Christmas Day. She was utterly confident that the Oxford Vaccine will be given the green light to go before the year is out, and in view of the much easier handling characteristics there will be a massive increase in the numbers vaccinated. She also thinks that there are venues already planned and ready to go with a roll up at appointed time, and vacate the areas pretty smartly, and that the people who are now conducting the testing swabs, but not employed by the NHS, will be giving the shots. She is in a position to have more knowledge of likely events than any of us. To further back up her "predictions" it looks like the building that was designated as our Nightingale hospital will be our local venue.

Am confident your source is right Togo. It will be like a production line. Hancock and the national public health boards know there futures depend on it being done well and fast, it could save Hancocks career. and the goverments of Wales and England know there future election success depends on this going well. Nicola will allso want to show Scotland is efficient and can manage on its own

Not sure whether your talking to me there Teacake as we normally agree but we dont on this. But you may want to see that sunk has accepted on your "only 20000 since Monday " post his figures are 'out of date' and he has published totally diffrent ones now showing the progress.
