// I have made clear to you – and I give you my categorical assurance again – that I did not, never have and never would call a police officer a ‘pleb’ or a ‘moron’ or used any of the other pejorative descriptions attributed to me //

******ing liar.
sorry, that should have read ****ing
LazyGun - you have the wrong toff, it's Sir George Young who is taking over http://www.hansardsoc...MarchEvents%20053.jpg
Another George in the cabinet,God Help the conmen party ,hope he has a first class rail pass as well as his bus pass.
if only he'd used the bus :(
Resigned strange word does it mean signed again as in redone done again but I hear you asking what is voking Eh ....
what a strange twist of fate , in 1982 George Young, the new con whip, was nicknamed the Bicycling Baronet, after appearing in ads with jimmy young. What is it with bicycles and the con party?
@Bibble - oops! Thanks for the correction - you are correct , I had the wrong guy.
[Sorry , in my last contact ,should read jimmy Saville NOT JIMMY YOUNG , SORRY.
Sir George Young - another ex-Eton posh-boy - once said when speaking about the homeless, "Aren't they the people you step over while you are leaving the opera?" Granted, he didn't actually say 'plebs', but the sentiment is clearly there.
Pity really that they all don't call the police 'plebs', then we could be rid of the lot of them!
One of his cronies (sorry, can't think who it was) said 'he's an honourable man'!!!! What utter rot. My Dad's an honourable man, not this twit ....
