I mean really this does demonstrate level of stupidity and contempt that we really should have a more severe punishment for.

Why are you being silly Chewn?
Now you are being facetious. Humour is good and can keep discussions on an even keel and prevent nastiness, but silliness such as that post just detracts.

//Can you provide a link to that information at all Baldric?//

Did you mean?

Chewn....you have had at least two very good answers which you are choosing to ignore.....xx

I think maybe Chewn is reading the word 'look' and seeing 'stare' when just a passing glance is enough, during daylight hours of course!

From my link
It's a simple truth that the majority of drivers tend to focus their gaze on a single thing ahead of them. Do you ever find yourself staring at the rear of the car ahead? Almost all drivers, without exception, suffer this form of limited concentration at some time or other. Sadly, for some drivers, it's all they ever do.

Oh Lordy....I know what you said originally and I answered it....You are choosing to not understand and be obtuse which will make a mockery of any further comment.

I repeat,
//I think maybe Chewn is reading the word 'look' and seeing 'stare' when just a passing glance is enough, during daylight hours of course!//

The phrase is looking, not staring, a quick glance is enough, no-one is suggesting continuous eye contact as far as I'm aware.
