I seriously doubt it.
Marches of whatever persuasion attract only the most devoted followers, and in the case of anti-Muslim supporters, for every one that marches, there will be ten who prefer to sit in the pub and *** to each other.
Honestly, why would you stand out in any weather, fair or foul to hear someone like Tommy Robinson spout nonsense that is fed by media scaremongering, and honestly believe that he has, either a grasp on the reality of life in this country, or the means to make any difference whatsoever to anything ever anywhere.

Thanks andy-hughes.
-Talbot- I assure you that whist I may have an argument to put forward, I don't possess Derren Brown-like powers of suggestion, enabling me to persuade you to write things that you don't want to.
If I did, I wouldn't be here...I would be down my dad's house with a pen and cheque book.

> The marcher did not say "that there were *plenty*of males and females, young, old, black, white, ex muslims on the march."
Sp, happy to take out 'plenty' but there again he said there were double the amount of marchers. It is reasonable from what he said that I am otherwise accurate.
There, happy?

Sorry I haven't much time right now to say much about it (was a v interesting news all round what with their expose of possible Tory electoral malpractice in Thanet S and a surreal interview with the Russian ambassador)
They got a 'liberal' ( can't remember who) to go along and see what it was all about. He had a dialog with TR and they interviewed a few of the marchers
TBH there really did seem to be 200 or so

Andy, does this include one of the speeches from the ex-Muslim speaker who stated among other things that Muslims should be 'British first and Muslim second'?
See pg 18 link.

/// The marcher did not say "that there were *plenty*of males and females, young, old, black, white, ex muslims on the march." ///
Now let's be correct here, agchristie said "a witness not a marcher, and what he did say was "There was black and white, men and women, a couple of people with Israeli flags and rainbow flags.

AOG - //Just as long as the message gets around who cares where the venue is, pub, Answerbank? //
I think that depends on the message.
If the message is - "I am an attention-seeking racist agitator with a history of extreme right-wing affiliations, and I like standing up and telling certain sections of the community what they like to hear, and stoking up fear and anger in people ..." then I would prefer that the 'message' didn't go anywhere apart from Mr Robinson's followers - a small number though they be.

From AOG's link:
'Weston, who stood as a candidate for Liberty GB in the 2015 general election, was arrested in 2014 after refusing to move from the steps of Winchester Town Hall while reciting sections of a speech by Winston Churchill'.
was it that he was causing an obstruction or could it be that certain people would be offended by reciting Churchill??
