It's been 50:50 pretty much all the way.

And that will be the problem as whichever way it goes half the population will not agree. That really is not a good thing.

Perhaps the best that could be hoped for is an extremely narrow margin for out say 1/2% meaning Cameron has ammo to go back and get a reformed EU, particularly on immigration from new members. Spineless g*t wouldn't do it though.
