As far as I know my main point was that we can't simply send Muslims 'home' and this chap (like the Orlando one) was home grown so sending rubber dinghies back , whilst we should do it, wouldn't make much difference when we already have terrorists who have lived in Europe/USA all their life
It's okay svejk- maybe you hadn't read the thread and just assumed I was saying something that I wasn't or you had simply seen the bits where others whose views chime with yours were saying I had said things that I hadn't actually said.
Naomi had the best idea for how we could have stopped this atrocity and that was that the French Police should have imprisoned him for life before he committed the atrocity. Even my 'virtue-signalling chums' wouldn't disagree with that in this particular case given what we know now.

/// given what we know now. //
But it's always 'given what we know now'. We never learn. How many terrorists are on the security services radar but let go? The maniac who killed all those poor people in Orlando was on FBI radar; the madmen who slaughtered Lee Rigby were known to the security services; the terrorists who committed the Paris bombings were known; at least one of the 7/7 bombers was known, and then we have the likes of Anjem Choudary and Abu Hamza (before he was finally extradited) being given free rein to spout their hateful bile, and people forming vigilante groups intent on harassing non-Muslims for entering what they call Sharia areas, not to mention the disgusting cretins who spat in the faces of returning soldiers and burnt poppies, and so it all continues. Each and every one of these people should be arrested as enemies of the state and either deported to their country of origin, or if they are home-grown, banged up for life with no privileges, no Halal fodder, no prayer facilities, and no Imams. No consideration whatsoever – and no exceptions.
