So with WW3 to be soon upon us then what areas of the world will be the most effective? I can imagine a nuclear war head on some cities in the UK and America as well as Russia. But will there be any safe areas? Possibly not. Mass Civilian casualties are inevitable.

There's a tale that, in the late 1930s, some professor of history just knew World War II was coming and so he set out to calculate where the safest place to go was in the hope of survival. He eventually came up with what seemed the perfect answer...a Pacific island.
