AOG - //After reading some posts regarding our troops being on the same level as these murderous killers of innocent women and children, strengthens my view that we have some budding traitors in our midst. //
Since I am the only person who has made reference to troops, then I assume your post is directed at me, and I will respond accordingly.
I pointed out that dying for a lifestyle choice is something that terrorists and troops have in common, and that is a fact, allowing for the difference that for the terrorists, it is a life, rather than a lifestyle choice, and for the soldiers it is a career choice.
With your usual urgency to denigrate and attack at any opportunity, especially if the post is mine, you have wilfully misinterpreted what I said and made a comparison that is neither intended, or visible, in order to make your usual inappropriate and offensive accusation.
Try spending the time you use to misunderstand what you read, and twist it into something it is not, in order to shoot another of your poisonous barbs onto the site, and use it actually read what is posted, and reach the interpretation that is there - not your own, which as usual is incorrect.
Don't bother to apologise for your scurrilous inferred accusation regarding 'budding traitors' - I am fully used to your hostility and it bothers me not all

PP - //I love it so much when AOG reminisces

But he doesn't - he revels in that fact that he was there, and we were not, and uses it as a weapon to decry our perceived lack of understanding.
His 'superior' view is bogus, but you learn to live with it.

/// If you need to keep looking over your shoulder when you are in the large shopping malls then I would suggest the Enemy are winning already as you appear to be running scared. ///
I don't think that you would have appeared to be running scared, if you needed to look over your shoulder during the Falklands war.
Or the fact that by doing so would have been seen to be letting the Argies win.

murraymints - I have said several times that my view is just that - my view, and I do intend to occupy the moral high ground with it, and I have debated that point with a couple of posters.
I will however defend myself against attack, as I always have and always will. I doubt that that in itself will see the thread pulled.

No kvalidir, it was only my family, friends and people within my sight who did.
Anyone want to borrow my boxed set of The World at War? LMAO.

"not sure if that follows Sqad - the medium of instruction in K is Arabic and the school is not I recollect recognised by the GMC "
Well, I fear that you make my point, that is it seems an extremely rare occurrence for a student living in the UK to seek study at a Sudanese medical School which is not recognised by the GMC.
Why would they do that?
I am putting forward my suggestion that they had already been radicalised in the UK which prompted them to apply to an Arabic University.
It does make some sense to me.

Thank you for being the voice of reason when it is needed.
You are absolutely right on both counts - I am not furthering my argument, and I am being wound up beyond measure by those who delight in such nonsense.
I am breathing deeply and stepping back - tomorrow is another day.
