All good points, but clearly things have changed.......if one couldn't get into a British University to study medicine in my day and subsequent decades, then one didn't do medicine.
One would never think of going to Khartoum.
Difficult for me not to think that they were radicalised in the UK to urge them to seek admission to an Arabic medical school.
Difficult for me to believe that radicalisation in the UK is a bigger problem than we imagine.
