difficult to answer that one I suppose in some ways it works, but in other ways not. I think part of the problem is some cultures like Muslims and other Asians just don't want to integrate. they expect us to accept them, but they will not accept British way of life or in some cases even worse, they expect us to be like them and change to their ways which is a bit of a cheek. so the jury is out whether or not it will work I have my doubts but guess only time will tell
