I would never try to sway anyone's view either, Tommy will always have his followers that's true.

I agree with the points made by quite a few here, he does at times come out with true observations and some sense - however his method of delivery is distasteful.

If he could rein himself in and drop the aggressive stance, he may command more respect from a broader swathe of people.

A simple concept 'Mr Robinson appears to fail to grasp - attention-seeking begets attention, but it is not always the attention you want.

Vile hate-spewing Islamist preachers attract the attention of self-appointed boneheads, and their self-appointed aggrandisement gets them hostile attention as well.

I have absolutely no sympathy whatsoever for 'Mr Robinson' for any grief he gets, which continues to be of his own making - but every sympathy for his family, who are innocent victims of his pointless posturing.

Crikey, with the warm weather and the lack of fridges i just hope that the guy eating the pigs head didn't succumb to a bad case of food poisoning making that hard metaphoric point which not one of the millions ( Including me) who read and saw this article understood.

I've looked at the pics in the vid and the stills and all i appear to come across is neanderthal ugly balding males with thick ridged skulls, sloping brows and apelike gaits with lifeless eyes and obvious 1 digit iq's.

If these are the the hope for the future for many people out there then i suggest you find new hopes.

That's a very good point.

To inflict potential problems on one's own family is surely foolhardy no matter how staunch his views are.

If you put your head up over the parapet you invite attention.

Tommy Robinson's approach is such that controversy will shadow his every move.

He has made his own bed but he also has to safely tuck the rest of his family in too....
