If this was my shop ( & I stress it is not) & I sold Alcohol & looking for a person to work here, should it be a Muslim or whoever, they knew what the shop sold before of If I employed them, If I employed that person & then the person kick off, they would be out, It's as simple as that, this person knew what Aldi was about when they started, if he knew as he did it entailed selling Booze he should have looked elsewhere for work, another case of " I'll try this" to see if I can point score, why the feck should we change laws / Rules to suit these people, if they don't like it, work in a slaughter house.

On many an occasion there is only one till open.
