I have no sympathy for this girl but she is in a refugee camp and I don't think there will be an abundant supply of baby clothes etc. She's probably using whatever she can find.

I've seen a slight glimpse of his face as Tony has posted above and seen a little hand wave out from his wrappings.

Of course 'we' don't know if she gave birth or if he is her child, that is for any authorities involved to be aware of.
