Someone who wants to join a political position should probably not repeatedly punch someone for pouring a drink over them. He's an antagonistic ***.

As usual Lefty is all over social media applauding an assault... the same ones who wanted (and got) the Corbyn egg-man locked up.
He can call himself whatever he likes, as long as it isn't for fraud.
Spath, he has had drink thrown over him twice... but not real mention of that behaviour, just his retaliation.
As I said, I dislike him, but even to me, this seems an unfair comparison.
I bow to no-one in my contempt for 'Tommy Robinson', but he should be free to campaign without being assaulted.

Unfortunately, being somewhat renowned for his tendency to physical reaction, his response on this occasion was filmed, of course, and does his campaign no favours.

'Tommy Robinson' has been convicted as a thug, it doesn't assist his imagined status to be seen brawling in the street, but again, that does not for one moment excuse assault on him by a stranger.

"the same ones"

You'll find i've no idea what corbyn egg man is.
Question Author
AH, he should try not to antagonise people then.
Question Author
"as long as it isn't for fraud."

If it was it'd be the 3rd time. Well.. he's only been caught twice, who knows how often he's commuted fraud without being caught.
Khandro - Elton John has changed his name by deed poll, and you can hardly compare pop stars taking names to provide an image for entertainment, with 'Tommy Robinson' choice of moniker for his own particular brand of nonsense.

"As I said, I dislike him, but even to me, this seems an unfair comparison."

That is fine. I personally think he's been asking for it. I have no remorse for him. I detest the man.
I suspect he is well known as Tommy Robinson by everyone now...
Antagonising someone is not a reason to throw anything at them.
spath - // AH, he should try not to antagonise people then. //

I can't agree.

If we want to live in a free and civilised society, then those freedoms must extend to anyone and everyone, and that does include 'Tommy Robinson'.

An unprovoked attack in a public place is not acceptable.
And they're off! Another hate-in.
You'll find i've no idea what corbyn egg man is.

You will find I'm not in the least bit surprised

"Un unprovoked attack in a public place is not acceptable."

Unprovoked? I've never met the guy, but his actions have made me detest him. Now imagine i've just left mcdonalds, and him and his sweaty thugs circle me, and start shouting information into my face. Basically preaching, I'd also throw my milkshake over him, after saying leave me alone.
Question Author
"You will find I'm not in the least bit surprised"

After saying.. "As usual Lefty is all over social media applauding an assault... the same ones who wanted (and got) the Corbyn egg-man locked up."

Well i'm not "the same ones who wanted (and got) the Corbyn egg-man locked up." So i mean.. yep.
Question Author
"Antagonising someone is not a reason to throw anything at them."

We will have to disagree there. Antagonising someone is the process of winding them up to retaliate. What do you expect? Poke a wasp nest expect to be stinged.
Spath, how many times have you thrown a milkshake (!) over someone who has annoyed you?
Question Author
I have never.
Question Author
Peopel rarely annoy me though, i'm rather easy going.
I expect people to behave like adults... and not resort to violence because they are annoyed. There is no justification- on either side- but his behaviour was no "worse".
"I've never met the guy, but his actions have made me detest him."
Presumably then you have only picked up on those actions through the media, the same media you were telling us the other day that is very selective or even lying about reporting on terrorist attacks across the globe. When it suits though...
