Cheers JIM, I couldn't find an up-to-date site.
No Deal also damages the nation. Trying to avoid it is sensible. I can't emphasise enough just how much evidence and consensus there is that No Deal will be damaging, no matter the scale, in the short and long term. It would be the height of irresponsibility to ignore those warnings and use the suicide threat as some kind of phoney negotiating tactic.
JIM, it's not as if the Government says one thing and then does another...
I was looking on Twitter and saw the pic of Mogg slumped on the front bench. I really thought it was Photoshopped. Didn’t Nanny teach him better behaviour than that?
Sadly it was not.
Jim, I think Leadsom was hinting that the rebels may be forgiven if they vote with the government tommorrow but that seems unlikely given their determination to thwart the process. I suspect though that the explusions will start after tommorrows vote just in case they can throw off their Quisling tendencies.
One can not avoid what is the only option left. Plus refusing it as a possibility before the deadline ensures nothing will progress. The "damage" referred to is simply the cost and as such, fine. Therefore responsible and nothing to do with suicide threats. The real damage is keeping the nation in Limbo.
why is being prepared to leave with no deal a "phoney" tactic jim?
I suppose it's possible to have the whip withdrawn and then offered back. In any case I posted in good faith, so hopefully no harm done.
//The real damage is keeping the nation in Limbo.//

I agree with you on this, OG.
// JIM, it's not as if the Government says one thing and then does another...//

is this a rare appearance of irony on AB ?

Bonker Boris if he had voted for Brexit a la May would not be out of Europe
he did not

and so we are still in . so yes, he does say one thing and vote the other way

he has now created a majority of -20

Clever Boris ! the one we always wanted

I don't intend to retread old ground in too much detail, at least not tonight: you already know why I think No Deal is a phoney negotiating tactic.
// why is being prepared to leave with no deal a "phoney" tactic jim?//

because it is the equivalent of marching up to Junker or Tusk
and putting a knife to your own throat and shouting
'I'll cut ! Honest, I will cut my own throat unless you do what I want!"
oops Jim I filled in got you

for my part - none of this Ni-soeak : "if you havent learnt from me why a no deal Brexit is paradise on earth NOW! then I am not going to tell you!"
BBC just said that 21 rebels will be kicked out of the CP and have already named Clarke and Hammond.
//you already know why I think No Deal is a phoney negotiating tactic. //

It might come as a surprise to you Jim, but perhaps like me TTT is not enthralled with every word you utter. I have no idea why you think No Deal is a phoney negotiating tactic either.
We may not be enthralled by Jim’s post Naomi, but I like reading them.
As far as I can see, TTT and I don't agree on much, but we *do* at least agree to engage with each other with mutual respect. I'll thank you to keep out of it, then, Naomi. I'm pretty sure he's read, and disagreed with, hundreds or thousands of my Brexit-related posts in the past, given that he also replies to a lot of them.
//I'll thank you to keep out of it, then, Naomi. //

What was that about respect?
I don't think it's disrespectful to ask you not to interfere in something that concerns me and another member of AB who is perfectly capable of speaking for himself.
