Maybe i am behind the times but didnt Barack Obama set up a commission to prevent such happenings such as this covid-19 outbreak.Why isnt Trump using this commission to stop the virus or at least using them in a helpful way.

Oh, I suppose it is good to kill off at a higher rate, Norway 9 for every 3000 or so, UK 75 for every 3000 cases, the USA 57 for every 3000 cases: TARA, USA the winner, even though the UK kills even more mercilessly ! Norway the clear dullard loser.

It is going to take me a long time to accept the logic producing this result.
