The man is a complete fool – more worryingly, he is supposed to be running the country.
yes, in a way, but that means your saying the public are fools as they keep voting for him???
Oh dear the liberal left will have to be eating their words now!

I dont suppose we will hear from them now, or the rabid BBC.

Looking at this online petition for damages it does appear it is flawed and needs correcting.
Thanks ken. Probably will turn out to be a mischevious claim but it suggests bad admin by Boris and or the staff at 10 Downing Street to not challange it much earlier
//The man is a complete fool – more worryingly, he is supposed to be running the country.//

Oh dear, read Kens post and weep.
They obviously took it very seriously. £535 is peanuts especially considering that someone got 32k for not being invited to pizza Friday.
when it comes to defamation, the County Court has no jurisdiction, unless both parties agree to give consent in their dispute
(County Court Act, 1984, section 15 and section 18)

it would be interesting to learn how a matter reserved for the high court was dealt with online.
HaHa. It now transpires that ms Yvonne Hobbs is a covid conspiracy theorist who is constantly launching attacks against people and institutions, M&S and The Royal Mail being others. Next questions. Which "court" issued the "judgement" and did the officials know full well that this was political mischief? Did the "news outlets" that released the scurrilous headlines know full well that this was a malicious accusation, without merit, before duping the easily manipulated? If so what must we do. I would suggest scrapping the licence tax is the place to start.
Hymie @22.38....... //The man is a complete fool //.......
That is a very good description of Boris. You got it in one.
If the Bailiffs are sent to Boris,s flat , and they find half a roll of unused wallpaper . That will more than cover the debt
Well if Boris did the measuring for the paper they would more than likely find 10 rolls.
shows you how the left can't help themselves if they can't come up with anything better than rolls of wallpaper, tut tut.
IF Boris needs a solicitor pretty quickly I suppose the could employ Max Headroom ... after all he isn't doing anything.
12.21 Well Boris can't even come up with the cash.
togo, best answer fab...
we don't know why it hasn't been paid. if he is contesting it then ok
12.27 Neither is Boris.
Gulliver // Well Boris can't even coyoume up with the cash.//
He does'nt have to pay any cash. The claim was spurious as you would know if you had bothered to read the link.
