I’ve read the transcript but I’m not sure how anyone could be ‘forced’ to have sex at 17 yrs old unless they had a gun to her head, otherwise this would surely be rape wouldn’t it?
I’m no fan of PA, far from it but again just wondered how she was ‘forced’ to have sex with him and other prominent figures, and I’m not saying she’s to blame either but I would like to know

I don’t think he has any reason to “man up” (although yes I still think he’s a toad). There ought to be no charge. What happened happened. It was poor judgement on BOTH sides. At 17 she took a choice. A choice which an older wiser her wld not have made. She was young n dumb but had free will. He was older n wiser but thought with his ***. Nothing more complicated than...

Question Author
But thanks for derailing this one!
18.45 How juvenile of you.
Don't worry, I won't report any more digs at you - you clearly enjoy them.
Question Author
Personally I couldn’t care less, do what you want!
Naomi- //A lot of ‘ifs’ there mozz.//

Well, yeah. I wasn't present so i have to take reports at face value. As I said, if all my ifs turn out to be true, then he has questions to answer (hopefully better than last time). If not, then he has done nothing wrong legally.
Question Author
Thanks Mozz ( for getting the thread back on track)
I’m going by the picture which I understand to have been taken in London when she was 17. No crime committed there. Obviously he wouldn’t want his shenanigans with that girl - if there were any - publicised - but I think he’s probably more concerned about being linked to
his mates and their more than shady shenanigans. Going to ground hasn’t helped his cause but frankly I don’t think anything will. Even his mother has put him out to grass.
Question Author
Going to ground like this makes look guilty , no doubt his ex will come out defending the virtuous ex husband of hers
No worries Bobbs, I decided to just ignore the shenanigans. Always best to do that when Gulliver's involved.

Agreed Naomi. If it happened in the UK, then he's innocent of crime. Morally though, he's a complete ***, and an utter embarrassment to HRH.
I don't think that pot belly belongs to Prince Andrew and he's not actually looking at the camera. Also, why would he agree to have such a photo to be taken? Was he married to Sarah at the time?
Question Author
No Tilly, they were divorced
> the virtuous ex husband of hers

Ex husband is one thing, but he's also the father of her children - that's the main issue I would imagine ...
Question Author
She dripped treacle about him on the one show just last week
> Agreed Naomi. If it happened in the UK, then he's innocent of crime

You assume a lot there.
Thanks, Bobbie. I couldn't be bothered to look up the dates.
Damn scoundrel - ought to be hoss whipped.
Question Author
Haha, a bit of humour in this at last Dave :0)))
Nobody wants their children to have a father who has a reputation of shagging sex-trafficked 17-year-olds, whether or not he's a prince of the realm.
Question Author
Well let’s hope that’s not the case Ellipses but if he doesn’t refute this ,he’s going to be in it too deep to get out
120 posts and we have finally got to:
no crime here - and therefore no extradition - which we should already have known

y'all know it is a civil case. justice=moolah
or in AB speak - - she wants moneeeeyyyy!

// If not, then he has done nothing wrong legally.//
I must not c/p: I must not c/p .....

civil cases are based on civil wrongs
as universal justice becomes global - cases are brought in rather interesting places - - London is good for libel for example

so Giuffe now in Oz is bringing a case in Nnew York ( where she is allowed to - for various events some of which are in London.

and the Randy One is being castigated for not cooperating....
