There has clearly been a lot of work done to bring the former Mrs Parker-Bowles into the fold, not a world I would want to live in.

I imagine that the release of these overheard and taped conversation must have been one of the most exquisitely embarrassing episodes of Charles' life.

There can be no doubt that Camilla makes Charles happy, and vice versa - it shines out of both of them. I think the whole nation can probably agree that Charles should never have married Diana but he did......

I truly believe camilla is the mother figure Charles never had. . I think of their relationship as child/nanny. Not really ‘ normal’ but, we are talking about a very dysfunctional family .

I don't think Diana played away in the beginning. Maybe after she had Wills and Harry, when she realised Charles was never going to love her. She looked for attention elsewhere.

History has repeated itself time and time again. The majority of Kings have had mistresses throughout history. Look at Henry VIII, Charles II, Edward VII to name but a few.

My thoughts exactly! Her poor sons must have been very embarrassed and upset by her exploits after the split. At least Charles kept his affair quiet.

We all have our own opinions on the Royal family and what they get up to behind closed doors, but just to put my own opinion in, I'm pleased that Camilla will become Queen.
If it's good enough for our Queen to say this, it's good enough for me.
