Look back to the 1920s and onwards its part of life and someone somewhere will always experience periods of such. Some for longer others for shorter, how we deal with it has become better, but not perfect. But not everyone should be put in the same melting pot.
Miss Terious @ 23.07 And most of it isn't out on the streets. You are correct most of it is big time fraud I believe, a lot of it being conducted from overseas like many other fraud crimes. It's not your average unemployed Joe public in this country. Your average Joe public does not enjoy being out of work and struggling month after month ( in my experience).
In saying that, you will always have the odd one who finds it very difficult to get out of bed in the morning and go to work and be prepared to earn a living wage, those sorts of people will always look for an easy option, but they are being chased down a lot more than you may think.
