The truth is there is no punishment to fit this crime. Human rights prevent anyone from carrying out the same torture on the guilty and to instill such fear of terror and pain. The hopelessness and despair poor Seb endured. The impact on those involved in the investigation and trial cannot be underestimated for they had to read the facts. R.I.P.

Savages doesnt describe this utter trash.

10 years hard labour then the rope is required.
Should never have been abolished - damned MPs, hang your heads in shame!
It is sickening that anyone could treat their child, or any child, in such an evil manner.

He looked like a lovely young lad. I hope the two scum bags have a really long time in prison.
they should bring it back, clear the prisons out, id have it done in a day for vile sickest scum of the earth, courtyard 50 calibre...
shooting to quick, im sure it will be hell for both when inside, child murderers suffer greatly in prison,
Can’t read it.
I don’t comprehend just how evil people can be. RIP that young laddie .
How anyone can do that to any living thing, let alone your own flesh and blood is incomprehensible.

Poor boy. RIP

Sickening. Solitary confinement in a small dark room for 23hrs a day maybe...
There was a time when I was against capital punishment.
I'm no longer am. The last few years have changed my mind.
That poor, lovely boy. :-(
Even in the most extreme circumstances, it's surprising how many children still think their parents are wonderful.
Perhaps not so much wonderful, 10C as thinking that the way you are treated is how every parent behaves towards their children.
I was 15 before I realised how bad my mother was and that some other parents are caring and loving and things were not my fault.
A lethal injection would be one method to get rid of this evil couple.
Compared with the executions carried out in some other countries it would be a quick way.
Better than being ---stoned to death ,limbs being cut off, castration without pain relief ,beheading , trampled to death by an elephant.

Not working well in the USA. Hanging was efficient & cost effective. China uses firing squads to good effect.
We are all well aware, as a result of many polls, that IF there was a national referendum on the subject of capital punishment in the UK - it would likely be 80% at least, in favour. The last one I read made lots of safeguards such as 12 months maximum allowable for appeals and hanging to be the most efficient and cost effective method of dispatching such evil people. But as we can all guess, our 'representatives' in Westminster are too liberal, too scared or just selfish in the decision to pursue the current laws.
Reckon I'll always oppose Capital Punishment.
Well you'll get your way the spicey....

I happen to believe that some people (not sure that's the right word) are too evil to be allowed to live.
//capital punishment...(cut)... lots of safeguards//

The last official executioner, Albert Pierrepoint, had his own misgivings:

“It is said to be a deterrent. I cannot agree…. I do not now believe that any one of the hundreds of executions I carried out has in any way acted as a deterrent against future murder. Capital punishment, in my view, achieved nothing except revenge.”

1974 autobiography: Albert Pierrepoint
revenge is a good enough reason in some cases IMV
