ynnafymmi, mods can only act on posts they have seen (we don't see reports).  I don't read every thread, nor am I expected to.  I would be very surprised if any mod read every post posted.  There may be periods when there are no mods on AB, we are not robots.  

It is always worth reporting posts that you believe breaks the sites rules so that the AB Eds can see them and act as they think fit.

Ynna, you are perfectly at liberty to report posts that offend you personally.  However, you should bear in mind that they don't necessarily offend everyone else and are therefore likely to be left on the site.  Mods are not here to dictate political opinion.  I disagree with untitled and Wolf too but they are entitled to their opinion.   On the other hand posts that are rude to other members, including the mods, fall into an entirely different category and are likely to be removed.  That is the difference.  I hope I've made that clear.

At all.

Mods are selected across the board. I know of two mods who are of completely opposite persuasions politically. Therefore, offensive posts will remain up until one of mods sees it.

There is no AB conspiracy against the "right".

the goal of trump and the people in his team is to end american democracy. look at project 2025. look at what happened on january 6th, 2021. look at his behaviour since. it's not about "redeeming qualities" or "disagreement" or anything so facile. i am honest about what i think of donald trump... i think his "movement" is an existential threat to democracy and i am far from being alone! i'll take no lectures from people who post far worse things.

TTT...have you educated yourself about Project 2025? It is one of several think tank plans for a Republican presidency, and is the one favoured by the majority of Republicans. It will enact far reaching changes that will affect many Americans...particularly women, children, minorities. It will limit both freedoms and democracy. I've no doubt those who've designed it know exactly how to get around anything as pesky as the Constitution.
