Seems strange that when Muslims burn effigies also our flag etc, our politicians don't warn the Muslim world that it will be a recruitment bonanza for the BNP, and the English Defence League.
Perhaps there is more to be feared from the Muslims than from both the BNP and EDL together?

Furthermore, you're not comparing like with like. The BNP and EDL are teeny tiny pressure groups, whereas 'the Muslim world' is an enormous and geographically wide-ranging group of people/faiths.

I think you know the answer to this AOG, but you are opening another debate - fair enough.
The BNP and EDL may have Christian members, but they are not faith-based organisations. The Muslim faith is just that - a faith, on which believers base their lives to far more of a degree than Christians.
Factor in the number of Muslims worldwide, and the law of averages dictates that there will be a proportionately higher number of extremists.
The actions of this ridiculous man simply underline the fanatic creed - that the West wishes to see the Muslim faith crushed, and increases their sense of self-righteousness in defending their faith with acts of terrorism.
Compared to the serious implications for troops engaged in the twin eastern invasions, the posturings of a few bigoted Brits is neither nere nor there.
