How did he get into the woman's hotel room without a key, and could he have had sex with her without her waking up, obviously he did not use force.

So who is the guilty person?

I've woken up having sex before (with my partner!!) so that can happen. How he got into the room is a different matter...
sound suspicious to me. they'd met in the hotel bar, he sneaks in (somehow) and takes her mobile phone on his way out.. sounds iffy to me.
and as the comments below the article say, his girlfriend had already said no to sex.. so that's a poor "excuse".

so does he think it's okay to rape his girlfriend? that was his defence!
Very good point Sara. So either way he was having sex with someone that hadn't consented.
Who's the guilty party?

Well, it certainly ain't her!!!
And he's clearly of the Islamic faith.

Katie, I've reported you for your ignorant and offensive post, just so's you know.
"old woman" katie - 40? - you must be joking. Most women I know aged 40 and over are bloody good at it, could have taught him a thing or to. I'm more concerned that he didn't wake her up when he was on the job, pretty ineffective sex then as far as I'd be concerned.

No katie, this is not a laughing matter. It doesn't matter how he got into her room, if it's genuine sex without consent then it's not remotely funny.
I may go and have a laugh re your fertility issues and buying spells... LOL LOL LOL!
He sounds extremely classy and obviously holds the courts in high regard too...

"He told the court: ‘I was p***ed out of my nut.’"

Who talks like that when surrounded by their peers?

Katiemac, judging by your dislike of certain people from Eastern Europe, I find you a very aggressive individual.
being raped isn't a lifestyle choice.
