I Can't Make Or Receive Calls On My Mobile Phone

I'm with vodaphone, I can send a text to my own phone but can't make or receive calls. I can't find any way of getting in touch with them. All their FAQs on their website don't relate to my phone not working! It told me to see if I could send a text which I can, but then said I would have to contact them. How on earth can I contact them?
