Good evening everyone, I am unsure if her Ladyship has returned to these shores as her departure was delayed by the ash!
So I will welcome you all, garden parasols have been erected in the garden although it is clouding over a little. Thre are champagne tailcocks as well as the usual wide selection. Trays of nibbles of all varieties are also on the side buffet table.
For the non raffle/ lucky dip I havebrought
A jar of organic tartare sauce
A pink croheted hotiie cover
3 pairs of brown boot laces.
So pull up a tuffet and have a chat.

Her laddiness should count herself (ooh she has just been promoted from lady to count - that is a promotion isn't it?) jolly lucky to have you to step into the thingy lkike that and especially at the drop of a sombrero - it was Mexico she is visiting? I forget so quickly these days. Raise your glass and we'll have a toasted marshmallow to absent fiends. friends, sorry.
Now you mention it Mamya - gran used to have a tiara - no matter. Is that the moon of the space station that wendilla posts about recently - no matter. I am enjoying my smokes tonight - there's more in the shoe bag. These high baked marshmallows would make good chequers if he we had a chess thingy. Any good at board games Mamya?
Now you're asking - I used to do chess when dad was alive - he taught me, mahjong - but the set is stored up in the loft - no one to play with now, used to love a card game - played regularly with the B.T. engineers every Friday night and used to take all their money off them - mind they had been out pubbing first and I was sober (oh yes Mamya - I can do sober!) darts a little - some used to land on the board even.
These days I am more suited to patience and jigsaws. My c.v. looks very impressive come to think of it. Mind you I am more likely to eat cheese than win a cheese at trivial pursuit - I always get the subject I am not so hot on.
