2011 brings no real change to the rules inasmuch as we do not speak of them except in times of emergency, recently we have self regulated and hope that may continue.

these nibbles will help with my diet,i'll have a sausage roll,vaul-e-vaunt(spelled wrong)black bun,shortbread,crackers and cheese,pizza,lentil soup can i ask are we eating out of the chippy tonight we havent been for a while.

Hello everyone. ttfn is that words will have to be said, like heads will roll or questions in Parliament? I have discovered in the bottom of the drawer (not drawers please) a diary for 2008 not used. If you keep it for a couple of years the days will match up again. Also a slightly used calorie counting book, left over from last years new year's resolutions. Fat chance, as my daughter said when I bought it. Make a good prize for someone who is trying for a slimmer figure again. Not me, so where are the goodies. I like soft centres, you can keep all the hard ones.
