Oh Mass_Hysteria,

I was thinking more of:

fa la la
festive
Father Christmas
figgy pudding etc etc

Oh ye of little faith (faith being another one!)

That is a shade jolly.

But thanks for keeping the category alive.

I have completed my first hundred christmas cards and am about to embark on the second (I make for local charities) before making the ones that I will send myself. Its lovely. I do good and feel jolly.
In 3 months from today we'll all be hanging the stockings up and waiting to see what Santa is going to bring.
Writing Christmas cards really does bring out the festive spirit.

Do you want a hand writing those woof? :-)
Much as I love Christmas, I can't believe how much stuff I've seen in the shops already, seen cards out for weeks and now it's all Christmas catalogues and even Christmas puddings and such.
Still at out static van in Chapel St Leonards. Just bought all our Xmas cards and saved a fortune. Good quality cards Aunts, uncles, close family members etc 40p each or 3 for a pound. Selling like hot cakes.
Hope you've all got those sprouts on the stove by now !.

Ab Editor, I only send about 20 myself but I love to make them so giving them away to good causes is a win win for me
buying the cards is easy, affording the stamps is another matter
