pdq

Does anyone else remember a granulated powder instant drink mix from the 70's called PDQ? You mixed it with milk just like you would for making chocolate milk, except this one was eggnog flavored! I would give anything to have some again. I used to eat the powder right off the spoon and it would melt in my mouth!!

(possibly bananna for a short time) It was still available in Illinois at Cub Foods until the early 1990's. Since then i have not found it anywhere, but would love too. Eggnog was my favorite one. PDQ was made by Ovaltine. I think anyone & everyone whoever had this product & loved it, that would like to see it back should contact ovaltine at 1-800-442-0099 M-F 9 to 5 EST. and ask why it was taken off the shelves & if we can get it back into circulation again.
Yes! I remember this as a kid also in Wisconsin. I have been researching the internet to see if anyone is selling this product and I can not find it listed anywhere. They did make the chocolate mix too but it wasn't as good as Nesquick. I have traveled down into the Southern states to see if it was for sale down there and to no avail, I can't find it anywhere. It was a lot better then the eggnog that you can buy at the store today. When we get the stuff from the store now, I have to mix it 1/2 and 1/2 just to try to get it to taste properly. If someone out there finds this product, Please contact me at AOL. I want this product back on the store shelves!
