Lavender Oil

Can anyone recommend a good lavender oil please? I've bought them in the past and they just didn't smell right somehow. It's mainly for refreshing wheat packs, pillows etc.

Baldwin' s of the Walworth Rd in London ( not far from the Elephant and Castle) are true herbalists and do a postal service. They will make it clear whether they are selling the true flower oil or artificial versions.
By the way, they sell wonderful Pot Pourri oils and lots of other perfume oils.

Don'''t worry jno,, I''ll add a few ex,,,tra''''s to even out the score....
Every time I turn my head my neck crunches and cracks, i wonder if anyone can hear it?
There were some uni students from Brazil on the local radio this morning who'd never seen snow and said they were shocked at the beauty of it, all white on the roofs and trees. Bless em. Wait 'til they've got chilblains.

Hija hadn't sen snow until she was 15, when we had a snowfall on Jan 25th 2005, she loved it, as did most of the locals as it was a novelty, we were all throwing snowballs at each other in the streets, and hija made a 1' high snowman (well we didn't get that much snow!) It only last a couple of hours, so we had to move the snowman into the garage so he lasted a bit longer. But it was a horrid greasy snow, never seen anything like it.
We haven't got any snow at all .Not even one flake .But it's very cold and a Heinz tomato soup and chs on toast day .I feel like the wreck of the Hesperus ,had a really rotten night ,slept badly and woke up crunching ,cracking and stiff as a board .
I'm on my way to Jno's to sleep on her tempur pillow and borrow the microwave slippers .

neti, did you know that by liking and friending AB on FB, it opens your FB info to anyone else who likes and or friends AB? I am notparanoid but I have just been and unliked and unfriended the AB page cos Ilike my privacy and there are too many crazies on here, eg....well not us obviously cos you know who I am but there isa looooooong list of people who i don't want to get closer to!
Jeez, is that still chugging on? Well I don't think I like AB...another year or two should help me decide.
lol Jude, I know how you feel, they soon make the room look full....I'll just put some lippy and beads on, douse myself in Evening in Paris and I'll be round. :)
I've been in hysterics, not at this site, at dolls house accessories. Just before xmas my sis bought a dolls house from a charity shop, unfinished, well, not even started really. The front door's missing, as are the stairs so it needs the DIY sos team pdq...Anyway she bought a family who are 'rather unfortunate looking' as we call them, bro in law thinks they're creepy. They haven't got a stick of furniture (don't think they've heard of freecycle), no carpets, nothing, so they just stand and look out of the bare windows all day. :) I've just ordered a few things for the poor devils, a tin bucket, a transistor radio, a steamer trunk (cos we had one growing up) and a garden bench - it'll do to sit on for now, haha..... Oh lordy, some of the things you can buy are hilarious. Nephew bought them two dogs for xmas, as if they haven't got enough problems, haha.

oh yes, Jude, guitarists do add interest to a room, don't they.
Finding that business about AB/FB rather bewildering, but that's mainly because I don't really know anything about FB and only go there once a year to chase the spiders out. I can't remember why I set up a page in the first place. I wouldn't know an unfriend or unlike if I bumped into one.
