I ordered a tennis racket over the internet from a respected buyer and I havnt got the item within the period they said on the website. I have sent them 3 emails with the item code thing (so they know what person they are dealing with) and i havnt recieved one email back. What are my rights in this situation, can i talk to someone about this? can anything be done? We typed the code in to get the progress report and there is simply a blank space where status should be. P.s. the item has been bought it isnt a mistake on that part.
Where did you buy them from? When? How long did they say delivery would take? How long has it been? How can you know that 'the item,has been bought it isn't a mistake on that part' - do you mean that they have taken your money?

over 2 weeks ago. 4 emails have now been sent and none have been replied to. It was sent using standars mail, which is a 2 week delivery period.
