Double standards once again,
Say what you like about white folk, but don't you dare say anything slightly offensive about black folk.
/// Miss Hart joked: "There is no place for racism in the modern world and the sooner that Greek twit and his Kraut wife realise it, the better."///
She was in fact referring to Prince Phillip and the Queen.
This was not only racist, but exceedingly rude to our Monarch and her Husband.

Panic Button
How on earth can you make that supposition? But I'm afraid that you have lost your bet.
Yes I did watch the programme, and I get fed up with these so called topical comedians especially women ones.
And before you all get on your high horses to call me sexist , ask around do Women make good comedians?
Like it or not , but it is strange the answer is no for some reason.
But eh! this is another topic for debate.
In the mean time is it racist to call a German a Kraut? Something that you conveniently ignored.

There is racism towards white people.
Ethnic minorities often assume we are self-righteous, self obsessed and biggoted (You're not helping that stereotype by the way)
But you don't often hear it expressed out loud - I guess that's why scraping around for examples you have to pick up ironic examples and pretend that they're genuine racism.
I know it doesn't quite fit your aim as showing white people as unfairly picked on - but you might look for examples of British Indian families looking down their noses at people from Caribbean backgrounds. I think you might find that a better hunting ground.

Do women make good comedians?
Yep.
Thea Vidale
Joan Rivers
Dawn French
Jennifer Saunders
Lucille Ball
Gracie Allen
Victoria Wood
Phyllis Diller
Carol Burnett
Whoopi Goldberg
Sarah Silverman
Ellen Degeneres
Rita Rudner
Roseanne Barr
Kathy Griffin
Madeline Kahn
My guess is that if you haven't got a problem with gender, you can quickly think of loads of excellent female comediennes.
However, that list is purely subjective. Comedy, like music, art and films is a very personal thing.

"There is no place for racism in the modern world and the sooner that Greek twit and his Kraut wife realise it, the better."
if you are racially offended by that joke, you do not get it. I suspect the majority of the complaints were about abusing the monarch rather than racism.
There is the distinct possibility that the right wing media's witch hunt of the BBC will make our television bland and humourless.

/// You're surely not so dim that you don't understand the difference between joke on racism and a racist joke?///
Joke on racism or a racist joke, "look at my face, am I bothered"
It is not me that is dim, it is you and others like you that attach so much importance to .what are after all just words, what are you frightened of?
Get a life throw off that large chip you are carrying around on your shoulder.
Or is this racist thing something you hold dear, because it is your only weapon you have left to try to stifle free speech from the masses?
But think again as I have told you before it has no effect on me at all, so I think it is not me that wants to grow up, but you and others like you.

/// female comediennes./// ??????????? Are there any male comediennes?
It is obvious that there are Female comedians as your list proves, that is not what is questioned. What one must ask is "are any funny"?
Given a script to appear in a situation comedy and I grant you some on your list could raise a laugh, but "stand up" and then it is you that is joking, not them.
