I've got to say, I am just loving what's going on at Manure! Moyes is doing a great job and their aging, average squad is being found out. (£27.5m for Feillaini, anyone?) Over the years, I've grown to detest everything about that lot, from Old Red Nose, through Whiteside, McClair, Robson, Keane, the Nevilles, Scholes, Horseface, Ferdinand, Rooney and all the dodgy decisions that went their way. Although they are still getting 'celebrity' bias with referees ie Rooney's kick last week, the fear factor has disappeared and teams are going there and having a go. I'd just love it if they finish outside the top four and go into the Thursday Night Challenge, or even better, finish 6th or 7th with no Europe at all. Well, fingers crossed and here's hoping!

I thought I saw the word "laugh" in the title of this thread. There's not much laughing goping on here at the moment. Too much Christmas spirit?

My liking for rugby never began, I was caned at school for playing soccer with a rugby ball.

I remember hearing of David Duckham and Willy John McBride, there my interest ends.
davetuc,
Are you Kevin Keegan?
Ummm, lol. I'm not happy with the position but that is funny.

As poorly as United have being playing this season this was a satisfying result.
Sun, 10 Nov... Man United 1 - 0 Arsenal

Arksided - clutching at straws methinks. 38 games in a season, not just one result. I was gonna say keep your Thursdays free next season, but it's looking even better than that. Lovely!
I expected two seasons of being trophy-less (com shield aside), whoever took the helm at United.

However pushing the word fickle with (Not all) gooners is funny.
Have a laugh at Man United's down turn, it is shameful, but I always have a wry smile when I think of Arsenal. ;-)
man utd could still win three major cups, wouldn't be such a bad season
davetuc - what a fabulous stadium, and probably the best game of football I've seen in a long time. Drive back oop North was a happy one!
Inevitably everything must come to an end. Top 4 is a big ask but the other contenders aren't exactly running away with it which still leaves the door slightly ajar.

davetuc's team on the other hand is absolutely awesome of course!

BlueToffee - Agreed, what a great game between two footballing sides. Pleasure to watch and a draw a fair result. Ross Barkley is gonna be something special.
Oh, I feel sorry for the new manager.
why JJ - do you think he will be as bad as Moyes hahaha
Lol at Quoi :-)

I really rate Ross Barkley I chose him for my Fantasy football team before he'd really being taken notice of... Wink, wink Mr Moyes.

Motoring organisations are warning drivers to be careful around Old Trafford as lots of people are picking up three points there!
Next Man U manager?

Sir Alex Ferguson, I reckon.

I bought a Man Utd sledge the other day. I've never gone downhill so fast!
Question Author
Come on the Villa! Fingers crossed!
The Gunners were shown up for the below average team they are today. Could have been seven or eight for City today. How Keeper wasn't red carded, last man and a goal scoring opportunity and just a yellow card?
Arsenal haven't really played any decent teams yet. Probably a Europa place if they are lucky.
So today..............let's all laugh at Arsenal :-)
