What an amazing performance this morning at the synchro diving. Brilliant to watch and feeling so proud of Tom and Noah and lucky to be able to watch it live. Time to get on with my day now!

Chinese lads not been beaten since Noah built his ark. Our lads should rightly be very proud of their achievement.

Pidcock did great in the mountain biking, overcome a puncture and overtook the Froggy! Well done Tom.

Yes well done to Tom. I didn't like the French crowd booing. He won fair and square, as the French rider agreed.

Yes - a fantastic effort from Tom Pidcock - let's not forget he was  forced to abandon the TdF with Covid, less than a fortnight ago. 

Surely a TdF winner in the future, if he chooses to concentrate there rather than his current multi-disciplinary efforts.
