just watched the Canadian women beat Australia at 7s amazing performance from 2 tries down.

Final 18:45 this evening.

Hours of brilliant tennis today with Nadal/Alcaraz winning their match and Murray/Evans winning theirs.  Nerve-wracking edge of the seat stuff.

To Brainiac who stated /Murray can hardly walk properly/, he has walked his way to the quarter finals. 😊 🎾

Fabulous performance in the pool there by our guys in the 4x200m freestyle relay. Goooold!

What a great evening. I had Andy Murray on one screen and the swimming on the other. Both great results. Unfortunately, I missed most of the swimming as Andy and Dan were my priority. Andy is not letting this go easily. Come on, lads!
