Silverlight

I am with Sky go and when I sign in I just get a grey screen with Adam Boulton on it and when I go to tv guide an press on a channel I get Watch Now but nothing happens. There is also a reminder that my version of Silverlight may be out of date and to reinstall it but first uninstall the old version which I did. When I click to install the new version I am told I should get an option of either run or save and to click run, my problem is I do not get the option to run, only to save or cancel and when I press save after a few seconds I get the download box but it is empty.
I then go to control panel and Silverlight is not there, please help.

I would get Silverlight directly from Microsoft...
