Laptop Overheating...
9 Answers
i have an emachines G520, windows basic vista, well recently i have noticed the charger being pretty hot after charging my pc for about 1/2 hour, so much so, its actually melted the small connector which plugs into the side of the laptop(not an original charger) took it back to the shop to see if the charger was at fault, only to be told it isn´t, and will cost 150euro to put right.
i still think the charger at fault.
any ideas

conceptronic is the make, reading the details from the charger, its says, power adaptor 90w, CNB90V19, 1100043, C05 192, Model No CNB90V19
The old charger wore out around the cable which goes into the main body of the charger, and being 3 years old, couldnt be replaced, a new one wouldve cost an arm + a leg!! this non generic was nt too pricey.
