when I click on a photo in My Pictures it insists on opening in Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.0 (I didn't even know I had this but I assume it came with Photoshop Elements 3). I'm given the option of opening in Windows Picture Viewer, which I want (quicker and less 'noisy' to look at), but have to do it every time. Where can I change the default to Picture Viewer? I've got Windows XP.

Morning all....hope you're all ok and not hung over :) It's a bit milder here, accu are very inaccu, they say it's a RF of 1C and it isn't.
I'm pleased you enjoyed yourselves shaney and that the weather settled in time for you....good to see your family. I rang an old uncle the other day and he didn't sound too good, and I've got another one to ring this week...oh dear.

Well done to you & the team Jude, that was some score, had the other team got their legs tied together? ...haha, just kiddin' I know how menacing biddy football fans can be :o/

Well I've finally done some upgrading on my puta, gotta keep up with techibiza, but to be honest I think I preferred to see you all the way it was before

good morning all. had waitrose hestons prawn mousse for lunch yesterday with toast, big big mistake methinks :(
well I like prawns but any food mousse strikes fear into me...mousse is stuff you zhuzh your hair with :)

Now I know most of you/all of you have no time for astrology but these extracts from mine today made me smile...spot on (well I hope the last bit's true)

"You don't suffer fools gladly - but you do suffer fools. It is almost as if they seek you out. In some strange, masochistic way, they enjoy the fact you find them so difficult to deal with. The more you try to enlighten them, the more foolishly they behave.

You have not been entirely at your best lately. A series of awkward factors have drained some of your strength and caused you to feel besieged. Slowly, you are getting back your energy and your defenses. Soon you will feel like a new person...."
That sounds good Robinia ..you'll soon be rocking around the Christmas tree.
Just waved my brother off ..bless.I don't see him so often these days although we phone every week .He used to come up regularly to play golf with an old pal ,but he's since died and my bro isn't as nimble as he was .
Now then Robinia ..I have an ear worm for you
Nigel and Adams Farm Kitchen ...do you know what is the track is in the background at the beginning. It's driving me potty ...
It starts at about 05.24 mins in ...It's only a snatch of the intro of the song .
We don't want a new person Robi just your aches and pains to rapidly go away for you.

Good morning all. Just got back from visiting my plumber and family. They have just had a baby girl Elsie on the 25th of last month. I was in my element holding her most of the time. Except when her mum fed her.

They live out towards Belper and I quite enjoyed the drive there in the lovely sunshine.
I hope you all have a good day. Lates 'gaters. (It's putting tree up time)
Hello all, am just a teny weeny bit tipsy! Mr N and I went for a walk and found a very old aguaduct that the Greens are trying to protect, considering that it has been here for about 2,000 yrs and we have been here for 40, it's strange that ne'er the twain met before! It was lovely and so interesting, and I poked and prodded it and clambered up to the top to see the gully, love all that, and it wasted a couple of hours and then we came across a jungle payround all with rope ladders and rope bridges and swingy things, lots of kids having fun, I wanted a go but as I cannot walk along a metre wide path without holding on, didn't try!! Then we met some spanish friends and had a couple of wines and some very greasy and crispy pork belly (which is free when one drinks!) then Mr N and I trotted off to dinner, I had a pepper steak and goats cheese and cheesecake with blackcurrants, bottle of yea old vino and now back in bed.

Then I kept on about moving the armchair, so I can fit in the xmas tree, drilling four holes in the walls for this and that and replacing tghe halogen light in the kitchen which has blown, he's agreed to do it all tomorrow - result!!

Envious of you shaney, I would love to get together with my family, I do miss them!
that video is not available in my country shaney, what is it??
Grrr am banned from watching it on youtude too!!!!!
I think you can only watch BBC Iplayer here Neti ..sorry about that .It's a Nigel Slater and Adam Henson cookery programme set on a farm .

well, at least KFC customers are trying to behave a bit better for Christmas... through gritted teeth, it seems.

Grouchy lyrics:
I almost tore your hair out for the last doll in the store
But the things that once divided us don’t matter any more
We showed up at your house again, singing all our stupid songs
Normally I’d hose you down, but now it just seems wrong
Let’s come together at Christmas time put all our differences aside
One thing on which we all agree, the delicious taste of KFC
Typically I hate your guts and I tried to kill you but
One of everybody’s vices is 11 herbs and spices
Ohhh whooo hooo ... seasoned meat
I scream and cry and then I leave a wet spot on your knee
But this year your behavior doesn’t bother me
Our over-zealous snowball fight will cost you hundreds in repairs
And though we’d usually sue your parents, now we just don’t care
Let’s come together at Christmas time putting all our differences aside
Because one of everybody’s vices is 11 herbs and spices
Eleven months a year you drive me mad, this year you don’t seem so bad
One thing on which we all agree, the delicious taste of KFC
Let’s come together at Christmas time putting all our differences aside
Because one of everybody’s vices is 11 herbs and spices
Eleven months a year you drive me mad, this year you don’t seem so bad
One thing on which we all agree, the delicious taste of KFC

lol jno, that's the only xmas ad that I leave the sound on for...

That's a lovely little xmas fairy for them Jude...I haven't done anything decor wise for xmas, I'm not sure I can be bothered.

Shaney I know what you mean about the music, it sounds like several things but according to twitter it could be music by JW Media Music
quote:
JWMediaMusic ‏@JWMediaMusic 29 Nov

We're loving @NigelSlater and @AdamHenson's Farm Kitchen, featuring some of our music

And just be sobered up before you come back here dipsobiza...tut
Thanks Robinia ..I'll have a look on there .So annoying .It's going round and round in my ear !
Nearly as bad as last night ...we were singing the Twelve days of Christmas and we couldn't get them all .Got stuck after Eight Maids a Milking .. drink had been taken though :)
I love that KFC ad .
Shaney I had a look and I think the chances of finding it yourself are...well...needle in Adam's farm haystack, haha

Lol ..Robinia. I've just sent them an Email before I throw myself on the compost heap humming ..dee,dee,dee,dee.dee dee ,dah deedeedah ,.....hahaa.
The lyrics elude me and I know them ...The girl with the something or other in her eyes ....and she smiled as she said ....da da da etc...Grrrrr.
Of course if one had a modern smartphone, one could "Shazam" it and then it would tell you what the music is.
I can't run the clip so cant help.
I had proper roast chicken for dinner tonight, not bits, a whole one, with roast potatoes and peas...lovely.
Question Author
my sis tried to shazam something once and it brought up the name of a song on an album, but it was the wrong song, the next but one, I think. I have no idea how these things work.

Eyes have been sort of wandering in and out of range all day, so I don't know how they work either. I need the other one done right now so they can learn to work in harmony together.
good morning, we have been out running around in thick fog...now we are home and two of us are snoring.
grrrr, lost me post...

Morning all...bright breezy out.
Been to the surgery. I rang at 8am, got straight through(!), swapped nurse appt (BP check) for new lady gp, no questions asked, no jumping through hoops...they must have put the rotweillers down. She was very nice, and young, tut...oops, can't say that now can I. She said it sounds like a kidney stone..gotta wee in a test tube & I'm off to have blood tests done in a minute.

Thanks for listening and your continued support ...lol

hmmm, where did they all go
Question Author
save it, Robi, you could have the beginnings of a rockery there.

I ams starting to see quite well now - glasses for the PC but nothing for longer distances. Not that I exactly enjoyed the op, hours of waiting in blood-stained gowns and ugh cannulas and things, but I want the second one soonest.
