I frequently get an error message when trying to send a Gmail, specially if it's replying to one:

"Oops... a server error occurred and your email was not sent. (#007)"

Just over the last month or so, and apparently at random. It won't save these emails as drafts, either.

Anyone know what's happening, or what I might do about it? (I have Hotmail and other email accounts but would prefer to use Gmail.)

There are various suggestions here, including: (a) simply log out of Gmail and log back in again ; (b) clear the cache and cookies from your browser ; and (c) if you're using Internet Explorer, use a different browser https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/gmail/2RPrrWUUYzg Perhaps trying each of them might lead you to a solution?

Sorry I'm always moaning. I've discovered that its the iron tablets that's causing the heartburn agonist much I can do about it!!

a bit parky, isn't it? I got a little weather station for Christmas and have only just remembered to set it up, with a sensor hanging outside to transmit readings back indoors. It's 14.8 degrees out there at the moment. Fortunately 21.6 inside, but I've still put a winter jumper on.
Wish it were parky here! Off to tesco soon ! Yay
Just back from tesco. Even bought a child's birthday cakes as I fancied it but was only €4! Loads of crap before I have to go on an undoubtedly strict in a month!!
Neti can you get something to reduce the amount of stomach acid that you produce? Don't suffer, talk to the doc!
Its a lovely day here, sunny and cool. Finger is almost better thank you.
Regrettably due to covid it is extremely difficult to talk to a doctor but am due a consultation over the phone after next blood test (4 sep)and will mention it. Am staying away from spicy food and taking a Rennie at night. She did also cut down my omeprazole by half!
Question Author
cutting down on your prazole might have something to do with it, neti? I daren't forget to take mine as it would mean I had acid by the end of the day - even though it's not acid I'm taking it for.
Hello from a lovely and wet Ibiza. Its lovely and a tad cooler.
Yes jno I think I will start to take the morning omeprazole again.
How is everyone and Rab?
Question Author
they are probably all freezing. It is 12 degrees here, which has probably never been achieved in Ibiza. We are going to a BBQ at my sis's tomorrow. Poor b-i-l may do the cooking outdoors but I expect we'll be eating it inside. Happily jno jnr and wife are going to drive us there so I can have a drink or two (as he is teetotal).
We are fine thanks Neti. I have got a functioning finger again and Rab is happier now its cooler. Enjoy the barby Jno. Waves to Robi and Shaney.
Its lovely here, sunny but much cooler. We nipped out to Playa deb Bossa which us practically deserted for this time of year, had a revolting coffee and came back.
Yes jno we have had temps of 6° on an early, very early winter's morning! Yes will call into the health centre tomorrow, as this heartburn needs sorting! But just seems so pathetic when others are really suffering!!
Hello all
Not very warm here either.Yesterday was dire, raining little or much all day and today it's a real feel of only 13C which is a shock to my system:)
I don't think we've ever put the heating on in August but I'm tempted.
Neti,Have you tried Gaviscon ? Heartburn isn't something I get very often but if I do it does help.I avoid spicy food these days as it's usually what causes it with me.
Hope you soon feel better.
Waves to everyone else.
Yes shaney I've tried Gaviscon butdont like it. Am avoiding anything spicy or acidic. In fact not eating much at all. Had to take a Rennie early am but feel ok atm!
So beautifully cool with a lively smell. Mr N thinks its honeysuckle I think moonflower or orange blossom but we neither have a clue!!
no I can't swallow gaviscon. I used to use ranitidine till they withdrew it. I have got the living roon fire on tonight...its one of those fake stoves with a fan heater in it, very cosy and useful on chilly evenings. I had a cooking day today. I made cinnamon buns from a posh kit, put a loaf in the breadmaker and made junket flavoured with maple syrup and nutmeg. The buns and bread are delicious and the junket is for tomorrow.
Morning all
Have had to put the heating on to warm the place up as it's chilly and only a real feel of 13C out there. I could just eat one of those buns Woofy and I might have a splash of rum in my coffee too :)
I don't think the beach will be packed today.
They gave me that prozole stuff once as I sometimes take ibuprofen for RA inflammation flare ups but it made me feel nauseous so I chucked it away.
Hope you're all OK.

Oh woofy very industrious, wish I had more energy. Is it a fake fire effect? I love those. Yes much cooler here and last night I had no aircon, no ceiling fan and had to oykk the sheet over me, lovely. Fingers crossed I feel slightly better now stomach wise!
Ooops no idea why I had to oykk the sheet over me instead of pull !!

the barbie was lovely, jno jnr did all the driving and I did most of the drinking. How nice to meet relatives once in a while. The BBQ set remained outdoors (the sausages were on the crunchy side) but the rest was done indoors by sis and tasted excellent
I am glad it all went well. Odd job day here, its quite satisfying.
Hello for some reason I cannot get in on my phone. Won't accept password or reset. So I'll just pop in when I'm on the tablet! Hope everyone is ok. I am finally better! Haven't had a catch up yet so will now read posts.
