Gmails Won't Send
I frequently get an error message when trying to send a Gmail, specially if it's replying to one:
"Oops... a server error occurred and your email was not sent. (#007)"
Just over the last month or so, and apparently at random. It won't save these emails as drafts, either.
Anyone know what's happening, or what I might do about it? (I have Hotmail and other email accounts but would prefer to use Gmail.)

There are various suggestions here, including: (a) simply log out of Gmail and log back in again ; (b) clear the cache and cookies from your browser ; and (c) if you're using Internet Explorer, use a different browser https://prod

oh, we're well enough thanks, neti. OH actually has a week off the chemo, I think so they can assess how it's going so far, so that might mean some comparatively stress-free days coming up, whch would be very welcome.
Good luck with the bed socks, I am putting my dressing gown over the bed every night but had to push it off again last night as the temperature had gone up a couple of degrees. In theory we might be in for a couple of warm days.

Sorry you have bad weather Neti,it's been very warm here.
Sat in the garden yesterday with my brother and had tea and cake and then we masked up and I sat in the back of his car and he took me down to the sea front and we sat along there for a while.It was absolutely lovely to see the sea again.
No news otherwise. Glad to hear your OH is doing OK Jno and that you have a bit of respite from the chemo.Thoughts with you both as always.

oh lordy, that happened to us years ago, neti. It was a heavy ols-fashioned plaster ceiling, and enough of it to fill 30 supermarket bags, which was how we got rid of it. Fortunately it was the middle of the night for us too, so the only damage was a Lego castle; we could have been seriously hurt. And the insurance company wouldn't pay out because they couldn't see what caused it. I hope you can get it fixed.
Yes but it's the one room we have to walk through to get anywhere! Mr N reckons its a false ceiling but will have a look tomorrow. Will be quite a few days of disruption while henis repairing it . He intends to put up a new one in different pieces. I am not looking forward to the mess and disruption! Its such a small villa anyway!!
Yes jno as I know so many I could make a fortune, but they were just normal chatty people here. We shipped at the same small friends and sat and gossipped at the same local bars. Nothing to excite anyone except the parties and yes they were something else. But there again you could join in or
not join in and everyone respected peoples choices. Denholm Elliot and his wife Susie were something else. We'd all wait and watch to see who pulled the bloke first !! Nuf said!!
