Gmails Won't Send
I frequently get an error message when trying to send a Gmail, specially if it's replying to one:
"Oops... a server error occurred and your email was not sent. (#007)"
Just over the last month or so, and apparently at random. It won't save these emails as drafts, either.
Anyone know what's happening, or what I might do about it? (I have Hotmail and other email accounts but would prefer to use Gmail.)

There are various suggestions here, including: (a) simply log out of Gmail and log back in again ; (b) clear the cache and cookies from your browser ; and (c) if you're using Internet Explorer, use a different browser https://prod uctforums.go ogle.com/for um/#!topic/g mail/2RPrrWU UYzg Perhaps trying each of them might lead you to a solution?

Awful storm last night. No TV! Thought the pool covering was going to take off and there was nothing we could do as its anchored as much as poss. But its still there today. Muddy rain but MrN mopped all the patio before I got up thatnk goodness as its a backbreaking task. I had to wipe down all furniture and washing lines!! But its nice now.

oh, that sounds nasty, neti. The wether here is still trying to be mild and sunny, but not trying very hard. OH decided to trim back one of the hedges a little - usually I'm the only person who bothers - and it collapsed on both of us. It was tied to a trellis on the brick wall behind it, but apparently wooden trellises can rot over a period of 30 years.
Hello all. Is everyone OK? Terrific storm here last night and swimming pool canopy completely ripped so we have taken off the lights and dismantled it! Much cooler at the moment! It won't last! Has been unbelievably hot here this September. Have an appointment with the nurse today but absolutely no idea why? They don't euthanize old people here do they???
Haha jno! It was test my numb diabetic feet with pins and tuning forks! On way back I fell over and crashed into a barrier. A young Chinese chap lifted me up. I have cuts and bruises all down my left side and huge bruise in right arm. I ache all over. I am so lucky that I did not break either shoulder or left hip! Arm is still bleeding but we dress it. I felt so embarrassed!! Lucky my bag was in other hip and didn't break my phone. Been in bed most of today and I can't get comfy!! I hate getting old.
oh poor neti, falling-over episodes are no fun. I slipped over in the garden a couple of years ago and it took 15 minutes or so to leverlmyself upright with the help of the wheelie bin. Needless to say nobody saw, nobody heard. OH was inside doing something important. So frustrating.
I have just got a letter with YOU'RE A VITAL PART OF THE DEMENTIA COMMUNITY printed in big letters on the front. So now I suppose the whole street is talking... Serves me right for donating to the Alzheimers Society and not ticking the box for No Mail.

Well I do not plan to be the third biddy faller! I hope you are all okay and not permanently damaged. I had a nice surprise on tuesday. The car went off for its service and new tyres. The services manager phoned me and said that she wouldn't sell me new tyres! Apparently they passed the MOT no problem and the tech's opinion was that they were fine and didn't need changing.
Hello! Well done
Woofy for not needing new/tyres. That a saving!! I must make an app for my car to be m.o.t. or itv here. Usually theres a 6 month waiting list but I'm just hopjng they have improved as CBA! I'm still very bruised and red black and blue. The deep v cut in arm seems to be sticking down down. We clean and wrap it every day. Was worried would need stitches but there again cba ! The storms have finally finished and the sun is out. Its much cooler although very humid. Have a load of visitors this week so will have to make the effort!!!
Sorry about moaning. Hope all is OK with you all!!

Lovely sunny day here, slightly cooler. Went to village to meet some friends for coffee ( how exciting for me to go out!) Its like the pandemic never happened! Only locals wearing masks. Place heaving with people. I've been too insulare for too long!! Arm healing nicely but am still sore! Took care walking to village and back as I'm really nervous now!
Shaney are you and Mr S ok??

a reprieve for OH, the last scan showed everything still stable. But then a consultation with a different department said some dodgy cells were found when the cyst (it was an impressive 22cm long) was removed a couple of weeks ago. Anyway, they say they're not too worried at the moment, They could perform another major operation to dig everything out, but by the sound of it aren't too sure OH would survive, so they'll leave it for a while.
Not great news but much better than we were fearing all weekend..
