Setting up scanner on printer.

We have a Kyocera Taskalfa 221 kx printer and scanner. However for some reason the scanner does not work. I've been told that it could be to do with the driver. I looked on the Kyocera website and downloaded a scanner driver for Vista. I then extracted the files there were 4 folders. I ran one of the set ups and it said it had set up TWAIN. However the printer still does not scan. Does anyone know were I'm going wrong?

Now that you have TWAIN installed try reinstalling the printer.
