Good morning senior citizen here. have just been on the phone to virgin cos my allowances were going down and they told me it was because of my internet usage ie facebook and email I am on wi-fi so not sure what to do next. how can i delete email from my samsung galaxy ace 2. any help will be much appreciated. When you are at home connected to your own wifi, or out and about connected to another wifi network, go in to the phone's settings and switch off 'Mobile Network'.

Only turn it on again when you want to connect to the internet out of wifi range.
