Sky Mail

All of a sudden I cant access my sky mail on this computer. I put in my username and password but I get a blank screen and on the top of the computer it says Access rights validated. I have tried it on Hotmail and gmail accounts but its the same. It was ok yesterday. I can access my email ok on another computer so the problem is on this one, any ideas please.

Did you verify the account a few months ago? Sky sent emails to everyone and you just had to click the link. I'm sure the email said that if you didn't do it the account will close.

Just checked, this all happened in April and I'm sure you've used the account since then.

Hi fender62 I did what you suggested but it did not work thanks anyway. Hi rockyracoon, yes it was fine yesterday I don't think its anything to do with sky mail because I can get it on my other computer, I get internet ok its the same for any email I put in.

Clear all your cookies and try again, you could also try a different browser if you have one.

Hi, I have just phoned sky, there is an issue with some people with this problem. If anyone is having the same problem he told me to go to www.uk.yahoo.com and sign in that way. It worked. once the issue has been sorted I should be able to sign in on my sky email as normal. I told him that it was ok on my other computer which is vista this one that it doesn't work on is windows 7 so that might be the problem. Thank you for your help.
