Caps / Lower Case

in Microsoft outlook and Microsoft word, what's the procedure whereby you can convert words in block capitals to lower case and vice versa?

Shift + F3. It toggles through lower case, upper case and sentence case.

Alternatively, block the text, then

Format > change case.

You can do all sorts of things with it that way.

Depends which version, bhg. On Word 2013 (and, I think, on 2010) there is no 'format' tab.
