Morning all Nice day ,bright and sunny earlier but turned a bit hazy now. It's not exactly heatwave temps either as they say in the papers. That Billy Connolly prog is very good.I enjoyed that. I hope it'll get better at some stage Neti.I'm a bit cheesed off it with all to be honest.

Yes a very good innings .She was a lovely lady ,another one I've known all my married life. Her ashes are being interred in the same place as Mum in law and they always used to joke about meeting up there one day. They were lifelong friends.
Oh that's a difficult one Jno.What if they want to get rid of the tree and come across the urn, unless they were just scattered under the tree in which case I would say nothing.

Morning...no sun here, just grey skies.
It's sad when links are lost, we kept in touch with my mum's friend/neighbours but they're gone now too.
Re the ashes in an urn...I think I'd be more inclined to say something if they're removing the tree. (If it's being left I suppose there's no need). That way there's the option of the urn hopefully being intact and carefully removed. If they go randomly digging in deep the urn could be disturbed and broken. That's just my feeling anyway.
lol @ neti's angry Gesicht....I predict a riot in Ibiza :)
Same old for me on the Notto £0,000,000

Ha ha at the swearing in German. I can swear in BSL and I know a few words in French. But that's all.
Had my usual week of Tai Chi and School. Monday I went to Spec Savers and ordered some specs. I wanted cheap ones with my prescription lenses in until I get my other cataract done. Found a pair not too bad for £25. They're only for reading so buying a flash pair seems a waste of money.
It's a house work day today if I can 'stir my stumps'
Yes Robi it is dull today and I feel the cold as well. Supposed to be walking tomorrow with my R & R friend who has retired from work at the ripe old age of 71 and I think it's going to be a bit better weatherwise.
You're always washing and doing loads of housework Neti. Puts me to shame!

Hija has just done her medical for driving licence (I have had to do it every 5 yrs since I got my driving licence as I was 45yrs!)
I made meat and pot pie and my special cabbage, just what was needed on such a cold night. We are all in different rooms, I have the warm lounge, hija has a semi warm bedroom and Mr N has the freezing bedroom.

Tis raining here but it's supposed to stop by noon, as I am lunching at the beach with an old friend who I have recently discovered has the same name as my ggm. My ggm came from Ireland and her family from Devon but she thinks both of them may once have been Huguenots fleeing from France and she has a book tracing her family. Even if we are unrelated it will be nice seeing her again.
BONG BING JUDE.
I've just seen a post in B&S Jude.It seems that Brian has died .I looked on his site and he died on 2nd March .I haven't got his private email anymore, I lost a lot of Q&P contacts when my computer went pear shaped, and if I click on his contact it takes to me Microsoft and they want me to open an account.
If you do have an address would you be so kind as to pass on my condolences to his family please.
